1、 Core Structure and Principles
Structure: Composed of a swinging drop wire, a stop rod, a swinging bracket, and electrical contacts. Each warp yarn is threaded into a tiltable/swingable warp stop. Under normal tension, the warp stop is lifted by the yarn, horizontally/slightly tilted, and detached from the contact point.
Principle: warp yarn breaks → tension disappears → warp stop piece tilts/falls due to gravity → mechanical swing triggered+electrical closure → loom stops immediately.
